The experience overall was very easy. We were unhappy that when we found it online - it said the price was $126.65 a month and we would get a free lock (which we didn't). When we got to the actual business - they said that is only for the first month which they prorated over 9 days. We did not see anywhere that said it was only for the first month - and we could have walked away-but this location is very close to us. I do feel deceived over the pricing especially since the unit does not offer electricity inside or a light except at the front of the building as you enter. Overall the space was clean and easy to get to and thankful that the roads between the buildings are concrete.

I got a storage u it and lost my apartment that day when moving in. The last at the desk looked through the whole place to try to help me find it. She was nice, helpful(beyond the job description) and fast! Would definitely recommend to others

I found the storage facility stor-a-lot on Tiny Town Rd in Clarksville TN to meet my needs. The facility is large enough to accommodate the normal and may be more.....Small enough to maintain security. I feel very relaxed knowing my RV Camper is safe and secure. The facility is clean .The staff are very professional with great manners. The lady at the front desk was able to answer every question I had. Made me feel relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. I strongly recommend this this storage facility to anyone needing to store. Why wouldn't I ...it is also at a most reasonable rate.

Went to a different national brand first and want to charge 120$ admin fee and mandatory insurance. This place gave me military discount waived admin fee and gave me a month free. Super friendly front desk staff as well.
