Great facility! I had no problem reserving a unit. I would have gave it 5 stars but the only problem I had was that I didnât know it was a code on the door that went to my unit which the information was never told to me. I tried calling and calling on their off day but luckily someone called me back to give me the code! I would definitely still recommend this storage to anyone.

Well, I was not informed my unit was inside a building,which is fine, but I was given all the codes except the one to get in the building. I had to call the number 5 times for assistance and it took over 30 minutes for someone to call me back for assistance, as I had someone that was helping me move. The guy that called was very helpful and nice, but over 30 minutes waiting for someone to call is long.

THE UNITE WAS CLEAN AND BIG ENOUGH FOR WHAT I NEEDED IT FOR. THE APPLICATION WAS FAST. I WAS VERY LOST AS TO WHERE MY UNIT WAS AT 1ST BUT I FOUND IT.
