There are several ways to access this storage facility. In person office hours, Kiosk 24/7 and online payment app. In office was clean and ready for new clients with clipboard paperwork. Customer service was great. Unit access is available with reasonable hours 6am-10pm.

Matt has been very helpful since I first talked with him about renting a storage unit. He even stayed a few minutes late the day I went to rent my unit. The whole facility is very clean from the office to the units. I did some comparison shopping, but felt this was the best place for me.

The manager of this location is Matt. I have been renting from this location since the day it has open. Sometimes as many as 5 or 6 units. He is the most professional person I have met. He is by far the biggest asset Stor a lot has.

From reserving on-line, contact after reserving, to checkin, and finally moving your stuff in, the service and facilities are outstanding. Easy access, clean driveways between buildings, and clean throughout, I would strongly recommend storing your belongings here.

I booked my storage unit online and had to reschedule the reservation, which didn't cause any issues. The lady was very engaged to get me set up and even brought me the paperwork to my car on the way out. The unit itself is very very clean and I had no difficulties finding my lot. Definitely would get one again.

My experience was great here! It was simple to sign up online, the website was easy to maneuver, very informative so I knew which size storage unit I needed without going to visit the facility. I was all signed up and finished in minutes! When the day came for me to see my unit, it took no time at all and I am very happy with the size I selected. I arrived at the end of the day prior to closing; i had scheduled my reservation online the day before, but still i was very late getting there. To my surprise I didn't feel like a huge burden to the man working. He was very polite. I told him id worked self storage previously and so we didn't have to go over every little thing. It didn't take long at all and i was heading back to my unit. I was extremely impressed by the entire facility; i mean this place is nice! And they offer so many options as far as units are concerned, i would totally check them out if you have storage needs of your own.

We moved some items in from out of state, they kept in touch with me the whole time assuring us they would have a unit available for us as soon as we could get there, I feel very comfortable with our belonging being there and for a while and currently we are well over 2100 miles away. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of not only with our unit, but our overall trip to Tennessee. I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs a storage unit. The facility is clean, secure, organized just an overall great experience.
